Spent nearly 14 hours on the phone with Apple and AT&T tech support last week trying to get two Imacs to stop dropping their IP?s. AT&T, after giving me misinformation regarding my account on, not one, but two separate occasions, then finally explained that the entire problem existed on their end.
Between labored breaths and bites of (what I could only assume from the stomach-turning shallow gnaw and chewing sound it emited through the receiver) was a 3 foot tall solid, not hollow, milk chocolate bunny, the AT&T (second tier) tech support genius graced with the task of delivering the awesome news actually asked me how to spell ?Angeles? and then asked me if ?Los? was spelled with an ?os? or an ?as.? She blamed her inability to spell on the fact that she lived in Missouri, but I?ll bet you a million dollars she knows how to spell ?Las Vegas.?
* I actually had to look up ?spelling bee? to see if it was ‘bee’ or ‘b’ so I guess I?m just as retarded.
